I love these muffins! The chocolate peanut butter are my favorite, but the other flavors are great too. Excellent texture and flavor. None of that weird protein after taste that I have sometimes experienced with other protein bars, etc. Highly recommend.

It takes a little bit of practice to get the water amount and cooking time "just right" for your microwave and preferences, but once you do all of flapjacked muffins are amazing, particularly the chocolate peanut butter. It's almost like a warm cakey brownie with peanut butter chips. Tastes so good you'll forget how good it is for you!
