Doughnuts are one of those foods that we all love, but always seem to be placed on the "naughty" list due to poor nutritional content. We love doughnuts and wanted to create one that not only tasted delicious, but contained less than 100 calories per serving, is lower in sugar and packs a decent amount of protein- and we think we have a winner here. This doughnut is light, flavorful and won't leave you feeling an ounce of guilt after eating one (or two... or three!).
